Stocker

Stocker is a lot material storage system, primarily composed of four components: Load Port, Crane, Linear Track and Storage Compartments. It is capable of storing SMIF pod, FOUP and shipping box.

  • Open-top design, cleanroom classification ISO6 (Class 1,000). Particles and fire safety shall be handled by customer. If higher cleanliness is required, an FFU system needs to be added.
  • The height of the shelf can be adjusted according to the factory space until ceiling height.
  • The working height of the crane will correspond to the shelving. The crane will pick materials by the base.
  • Can be designed to interface with OHT / OHCV.
  • Minimum central maintenance aisle width: 50cm
  • The crane track length can be designed according to actual needs.
  • The structure adopts modular design for easy transportation and assembly at the factory site.
  • Optional RFID / Bar Code Reader.
  • Optional E84.
  • Optional buffer conveyors for input / output buffers.
  • Optional N2 purge function.
