ZIP Stocker
ZIP Stocker is a closed-type lot material storage system, primarily composed of four components: Load Port, 6-axis Robot, Vertical Lift Module and Storage Compartments. It is capable of storing open cassette, SMIF pod and FOUP.
- Closed-type design, cleanroom classification ISO5 (Class 100). Equipped with top-mounted FFU. If higher cleanliness is needed, the filtration system configuration needs to be adjusted. The highest cleaniiness is ISO3(Class1).
- The height of the shelving can be adjusted according to the factory space. Ensure FFU convection space is reserved.
- Utilizes a 6 axis robot combined with a vertical lifting axis for handling operations.
- Able to design an interface with OHT/OHCV.
- The structure adopts modular design for easy transportation and assembly at the factory site.
- Optional RFID / Bar Code Reader.
- Optional E84.
- Optional N2 purge function.
