Announcement of Exhibition at 2025 SEMICON JAPAN (CASTEC JAPAN Booth No. W1260)

― Joint display of the iTS Series wafer magazine automatic transport robot ―

Our company (booth No. W1260) will exhibit at “SEMICON JAPAN 2025,” to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, December 17 to Friday, December 19, 2025. With a focus on automation and labor-saving in semiconductor manufacturing, we will present our automatic transport solutions and system integration case studies.

During the exhibition, at our partner company Suzuki’s booth W2077 (inside the Kyushu Pavilion), a live demonstration of the “iTS Series” autonomous transport robot (AMR) for automatic wafer magazine conveyance will be performed. Its intelligent control and compact design enable flexible operation even in the limited space of cleanrooms, achieving stable transport of various carriers across both front-end and back-end processes. Based on its extensive track record of deployment in the cleanrooms of major overseas semiconductor manufacturers, we will propose an automatic transport solution that is closely aligned with real production requirements.
